Источники ресурса поделились информацией о приезде Тима Кука и других топ-менеджеров в Лейпциг прошлой осенью. Целью помещения был электрокар i3. «Топ-менеджеры Apple были под большим впечатлением от того, что мы отринули традиционный подход к производству машин», рассказывает источник ресурса Reuters из руководящей верхушки BMW.Apple проявила интерес к использованию BMW i3 в качестве базы для своего автомобиля, но никакого окончательного решения пока достигнуто не было. Пока переговоры между компаниями не ведутся, но возможно они будут возобновлены в ближайшее время.
